An 06 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro with under 40k miles has a whistling sound coming from engine. Anybody know what it is?

You only hear the sound when the car is idling. There are no trouble lights on in car and it seems to be running okay. On occasion I get a small delay at take off after coming to a complete stop. I am also starting to notice periodically the car will jump right before i come to a stop.

I have a 2001 Audi A4 Avant and the outside temperature sensor reads low sometimes. Why?!
