Open Question: Supercharging/Turbocharging A Truck?

I am looking to supercharging or turbocharging my 2004 Dodge Dakota V8 4.7L. I am looking to not spend a ton of money, but I want something that performs well and gives it an extra boost. I am wondering what would be the best thing for me to use without breaking the bank?
