I have a 1998 Kia Sportage. My freeze plug has a hole in it. How to I fix or replace it or cost of repair at garage?

Bought my 1998 Kia Sportage brand new, freeze out plug has a hole in it. How do I get it out to replace it or could you give me an idea on the cost if a garage fixed it?
