06 Pontiac G6 makes a noise when driving slow or turning. external link

The car has about 43,000 miles on it. It is a lease. Just about a week or two ago it started making a noise, similar to what I would assume would sound like when someone had a flat tire. It almost sounds like a rolling noise, but I guess like a rubbing kind of noise. Front and rear brakes are less 3 month...

2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP: Last Drive [Jalopnik Reviews] external link

Thumbnail The Solstice GXP, despite its engine, is a car that should probably be driven slowly. It'll give you more time to enjoy what GM got right. The 2.0-liter turbocharged ECOTEC engine is wonderful. There's so almost no lag and, though short on cylinders, it delivers the power my right foot wants. Pl...

Opinion: 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP, First Drive external link

Thumbnail If I were to tell you GM is the new BMW you’d probably laugh at me. But driving the 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP just a couple of months after the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V and Corvette ZR1, that’s exactly what I’m thinking. Equipped with a 6.3-liter, LS3 V8 making 415 HP and 415 lb-ft of torque, the G8 GXP isn’t ju...
