22 foreign automakers to skip Tokyo Motor Show
IN Only four foreign makers will attend the event, including South Korea's Hyundai, Italy's Ferrari and British race car maker Lotus. Japan's top three automakers - Toyota, Nissan and Honda - are scheduled to join the event.
